testing determines the genetic relationship between offspring of a
single birth particularly in regard to being derived from the same or
different zygotes.
Our quantitative PCR (qPCR) assay easily
allows the quick determination of two-fold difference in copy number
between hemizygote and homozygote transgenic rodents. Samples are
testing in triplicate relative to a known heterozygote from your line.
