  1. All new customers should request a quote for pricing information.  Once your quote is received, we will provide a hassle-free quote for you to review.

  2. Complete an ordering form for your project.

  3. Ship your samples to us following our recommended Sample Submission Guidelines and include a copy of your order form and a copy of your quote.

  4. You will be notified by email about your secure web folder.  Your login information will be provided and you will be able to securely download your data and any results reports provided.
